I have no idea but can say that Samento is multiples more effective than Cat's Claw and that includes the expensive Peruvian extracts.

Another thing that comes to mind is that Dr. Klinghardt always uses a KMT contact Rife device while giving these supplements, my best guess is to keep the critters from adapting...
