have witnessed more than one friend's kids get shingles in their early teens...

Some of them athletes... all of them deathly afraid of the sun without 1,000,000 sunblock on and pinkish-white as all get out.

Interesting thing about sunblock; it does not effectively block the cancer causing rays... but does effectively block the cancer preventing ones.

These parents of these young teenagers are sick too... statins, you name it. I send them gentle prods from time to time, however they were all born and bread into alopathic medicine; third and fourth generations some of them... a few of the kids want to go into research and find a "cure" for cancer... :-\

How do you talk to people like this?
