I need help with my sick brother!

Well he got a fever and upset stomach on sunday night. then it just got progressively worse now he can't swallow food and/or drink anything because it kills his chest to swallow. We have took him to 3 different doctors and none can find anything wrong. They took xrays, nothing wrong with throat. The doctors gave him medicine but he cant even swallow it without it killing his chest. Also he is always feeling hot i have to roll down the car windows for him. Doctors cant find anything wrong and just send me home with more medicine. Another thing is he has what started out as like a zit, it kept getting bigger and bigger like an inch under his right eye. Now it is scabbed and doesnt look good, i thought maybe he had shingles??? but they say kids dont get that. He is only 11 yrs old and says his sternem area hurts as he swallows anything. He wakes up at night whinning saying his chest hurts. He has lost 6 pounds in the last few nights because he hasnt eaten. Any help will be extremely appreciated!
