Re: 50 Day water fast

All you need to do is cardio, longer durations to drop the muscle (ie essentially starving the muscle off), and to keep body weight up (ie not losing more fat) eat an appropriate amt of calories, but that will all depend on your actual stats. Lots of stretching in conjunction to look more lean and get rid of bulk. Saying you have low bf and lots of muscles what does that mean to you? How do you eat, what is bf %, weight, do you train, etc this is all gonna take in factors of actually getting rid of your muscles. ( I can't believe I just typed getting rid of muscles lol)

Muscle isn't bad so the whole fasting heals all? Uhm I don't get that.

I personally dropped fat and NO muscle when I fast, but I'm a genetic freak. And most females don't have *that* much muscle, unless you have my build ie a genetic freak and train heavy and have a strict regimen.

Again this is really all subjective to what you find as a lot of muscle.

Or you're juicing (as in steroids) which I doubt since you want to drop the muscle.

So you may end up just being lower bf% and looking more muscular due to that.

If you built it up by accident (again what does that mean?) perhaps your body was made to be more muscular. No use trying to fight your body to be stick thin like a model. I spent yrs doing that, and you really screw up your body, better to work with it and not against it.

You're really gonna end up screwing your body up if you do it this way. And youre muscles may just look thin flabby etc "shrinking" due to not ding anything, that doesn't mean its been loss.

I haven't trained for months due to a serious back injury and I haven't really lost anything (sorry if that discourages you), I'm just not as 'tight' but I went into the gym the other day and my strength is about the same.

Just my .02
