I am on the journey of a 40 to 50 day water fast, however, I am doing this for muscle loss reasons. I must and have to lose bulk muscle that I built up by accident.
Tomorrow my first week will have been completed.
Many people have fasted for many reasons and some of them include muscle loss reasons. I happen to be one of them.
Me being at a low body fat percentage should cause me to lose more muscle than fat. I am very hopeful in restoring my body the way it used to be!
As many people say, fasting heals all!
I will be happy with myself again after the muscle is gone! :) I must not become discouraged.
