Wondering if you guys could help me figure this out

Hey everyone, I haven't posted on curezone in awhile, I don't come here socially anymore because of problems I had with other people and the way I was treated by some, but this forum has always been nice and I was hoping you could maybe help me figure this out.

I've been traveling in Cambodia (I've left and I'm back in Thailand now) and I got very ill. This was about 2 weeks ago. It started with a bad fever, pains all over, nausea and vomiting, and horrible bad stomach pains and diharrea. After maybe 3 days of not being able to get out of bed besides to use the bathroom, the nausea and vomiting and fever got better, but the digestional problems REMAIN and they remain bad. It's always.. liquid, and often. And although I am able to eat now, I have terrible painful cramping every time I eat and then have to run to the bathroom. People are telling me something in the water probably did it.

So basically I have 2 questions.

1) could this be parasite, or aomeba (so?) related? They were saying it's a parasitic bacteria or aomeba or something like that. Does that sound right?

2) Will humaworm help clear this up for me? I suspect I had parasites and needed a cleaning before I left on my trip, but was advised to go ahead and wait til I returned because I would probably catch something out here anyway. I have a course of humaworm waiting at home and I will be back in the states by the end of this week. Will it be safe to go ahead and start taking it? I don't want to waste it if it just gets flushed right through my system, but I NEED something to help me now.

Also would it help to try and eat light? Once I get home I mean, I tried fasting out here but I got too weak and was barely able to walk to the store to buy water, and Im all alone out here so I have to keep my strength up as I have no one to take care of me.

I appreciate whatever answers you can give me! I know lots of travelers get this but hopefully if I can wipe everything clean with humaworm it would be even better, I REALLY need to use it anyway for a pinworm infection so want to get started Asap, thanks!
