- Magnesium [as magnesium aspartate]
- Zinc
- Selenium [as sodium selenite
- MSM [not Miracle-Mineral-Supplement :)]
- Cracked Cell Chlorella
- N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
- L-Glutamine
- Taurine
- Cilantro Leaf Extract
- Alpha-Lipoic Acid

I have had no adverse effects from taking this. No herxheimer's etc.

Btw, you take 36 capusles per day... I feel like a horse at feeding time....
