Three-Lac did nothing for me, plus, my latest status
Also, note that Three-Lac is strictly a gut-only product, that is, Three-Lac does not pass into the bloodstream and thus does not systemically work throughout the entire body, whereas MMS does pass into the bloodstream and presumably thus does work throughout the entire body.
The very latest status about me & MMS is that yesterday I tried one 5-drop dose of MMS (activated with 25 drops of 10% citric acid solution), taken with just added water (no added apple juice), and I successfully got the significant die-off reaction (of increased anxiety/OCD) that I was looking for, and which I needed to get to prove to myself that the MMS was still doing something in me.
I got considerably more die-off reaction from the one 5-drop MMS dose taken yesterday taken with just added water (no added apple juice), than I did from taking two taken on the same day 15-drop MMS doses taken 2 days ago taken with added apple juice and activated each time with 1 full teaspoon of 10% citric acid solution.
It seems that the added apple juice was somehow significantly diminishing the potency/efficacy of the activated MMS. As I previously posted about here, the added apple juice was instantly turning a weird dark brown color when combined with the activated MMS, which sounds to me like some sort of instant chemical reaction was taking place between the activated MMS and the added apple juice.
It seems that the activated MMS with the added apple juice seemed to just stop working for me (seemed to stop producing die-off in me.)
Now I will be using much less MMS, just one 5-drop dose per day activated with 25 drops of 10% citric acid solution, but taken with only added water (no added apple juice), sucking on a peppermint lifesaver while drinking the MMS drink to mask the bad taste.
