Megan how do you know?

Thanks for the help. Quick question, and this may sound dumb, but how do you know you had parasites/still have them? Have you passed them several times and seen them? Just curious, I am one to diagnose myself with any and everything, and don't want to keep barking up the wrong trees and perpetuating being a hypochondriac.
