Enema #1: The Coffee Enema- for liver support. You had it right the first time. 4 cups blonde coffee, 2 cups at a time only on the left side, retain and hold for 15 min, release, then repeat with the other two cups. What you look for there is the green bile gunk. We do one
Coffee-Enema daily. It's a beautiful thing.
Enema #2: The High Enema- for bowel support and cleansing. TOTALLY different enchilada. This is the one you push the tube up "around the corner" into your transverse colon (that goes across the top), fill your bucket/bag with distilled water and if you want, other herbal goodies that might aid in your healing, and you get as much water in there as you can comfortably get.
With the high enema, you lay on your left side, let the water go in, and if you can, massage your abdomen, or let you enema buddy do it for you. Then you roll over to you back, add more water, massage, and then finally roll over to your right side, add water, then massage.
It's a great idea to have some kind of a slant board to do this with, so that your pelvis is elevated above your head. I don't do this because I'm doing the enemas alone, I have muscular dystrophy, and I'm afraid I'd roll off the board. I'd be so tense trying to hang onto the board that I wouldn't be able to relax enough to get the water in. lol So I folded up some old blankets, sit on them, lay back, and proceed. It's not much of an incline, but it's what I am able to do.
High enemas aren't easy to do alone, because as you noted, you have to refill the bucket or bag. I really recommend that you (and everybody) get an enema bucket with a long enema hose from SA Wilson's. It only costs $6 bucks and it will make this SOOO much easier that trying to do it with a bag. Plus it's easy to clean the bucket, whereas with the enema bag, you never really know what you've got in there. Eeeewwwwww!

It's the one on the top of the page.
Here's a short note on high enemas from
Dr. Schulze :
High Enemas: You must use a high enema 2 times a week with an implant afterwards. Use only distilled water for the high enema The implant can be:
8
ounces of Aloe Vera gel and 8
ounces of distilled water (soothing) or 2
ounces wheatgrass juice with 16 ounces of water (Detoxifying ) or 1 - 2 cloves of garlic blended into 8 ounces of raw apple cider vinegar and 8 ounces of distilled water (Antibacterial, Antiviral and Antifungal).

Let Uny tell you what to use for an implant if you want one.
Anyway, you retain as much water as you can before you have to void. The more you do, the more you get cleaned out and can hold more water. There isn't a contest as to how much you can get in there. Doing it with an enema bucket and your handy dandy pitcher means you can do the enema yourself without having to buy extra enema bags.
Dr. Schulze says to make it a party with incense, candles, essential oils, some nice enema music (what? Kenny G???)....
As for garlic, you are definitely a Garlic Queen (I've got a crown for you among my piles of tiaras around here somewhere) and earn a Got Garlic T-shirt! (Wild applause from the ranks)
RAWK on, girl!
