Yeah Uny you'll love it! At the time I bought it I was searching for a good book on how to do them, it turned out to not be quite what I expected but even better as it is jammed with case studies of people recovering from various health problems.
The most amazing thing I found was the diversity of symptoms that disappeared by using them. Pretty much to sum it up the book is a strong testament to the healing power of castor oil.
