The worst thing about the Wild Yam was that my gum also got swollen and bleeding; have you noticed any change here W. ?

It disappeared as fast as the swollen breasts as soon as I stopped the capsules. No pain today even just a few days before period.
Some years ago I tried wild yam; with no reaction what so ever; so maybe that was an inferior product.
