Re: FBD came for a revisit
On the same page as you, I bought some progesterone oil a couple of weeks ago... waited to reply on this till I could find the info. Seems that not all progesterone creams/oils are formulated the same, here's a good explanation:

and here's where I bought the oil:

I also have just a bit of FBD left although that could be scar tissue. I have not been consistent in my usage, just now and then:) And no, no changes, positive or negative(that might be due to the fact that I'm so sporadic though).
A pamphlet came with the oil, and in that he states that a temporary worsening of symptoms could be due to xenoestrogens, so be sure to minimize, if not eradicate your exposure to xenoestrogens. And to pause use of the oil for a month or two until xenoestrogens can be "washed out" of the body. I've seen supplements touted to be beneficial in hastening eradication of xeno's, I have no experience there so have no opinion...
Also may be a good idea to avoid phytoestrogens, good list here:

I wonder, though, for those of us that have experienced tissue change due to
Iodine deficiency, will we ever be "normal"? I think not.
