FBD came for a revisit

In an attempt of killing the last 10% of my FBD, I started taking capsules of Wild Yam a month and a half ago.

After one year of Iodine I am talking of a slight tension in the breasts just a few of days before my period start. Some periods I dont have it at all. I thought I had a estrogen overload, hence the Wild Yam / progestin; which is an antagonist to estrogen, in theory..

Well; what a failure; right after ovulation my breasts grew big and rock hard, quite painful! Anyone in for a boob-job; you dont need an operation!

I realized I was on the wrong track; stopped taking the capsules. After just 3-4 days my breast are soft again, just a slight tension on the right breast. I also upped the Iodine to over 100 mg a day.
A very good lesson; Iodine is doing its job, I interfered and had a setback; I will not play with my hormones again.
