Boy I can testify to that! I made it from a recipe from DR.Schulz and couldn't drink it, it made me ill ,of course everyone said it was herxhiemer(sp) ,die off, healing sickness,detox, etc. etc. and now I realize how low on Cal/Mag I must have been at the time.
