Best Supplements for Brain Function (Mental Clarity, Memory, Concentration & Focus) - Preparing for Standardized Test
I am taking the LSAT on June 8 and want to start now getting my body in shape and my brain in the best possible position. I plan to change my diet to foods high in antioxidants and yummy stuff for my brain. However, I am not sure what supplements that I can take over the next two months that would help?
I am looking for things that help with memory, concentration, and energy.
I was thinking B-6 and/or maybe a B-complex, one of those focus and concentration supplements, bee pollen, and continuing on what I take right now which is only powdered MSM and one day vitamins occassionally. I was thinking about maybe picking up flaxseed oil again.
Can you all help me develop a supplement regimen for the next two months?
I am going to increase my water intake as well which right now is about a half a liter a day..bad I know.
Also, do you think doing the Colonix would help? I did it in 2007 and it gave me a lot of energy. Do you think it would help in brain clarity as well?
