Wow. I have read a lot of research in support of this...the only thing I am really worried about is binging. Like, being so hungry in the evenings that I binge and eat so many calories that it cancels the day out. If I do it I think I am going to try to do it with really good dense fibrous food in the evening like broccoli and low Sugar fruit.
