Re: Does my husband have Adrenal Fatigue? Lymes? OR WHAT?
Hi there,
I believe that adrenal fatigue exists.
I wondered if you have considered ME/post viral fatigue, which is also adrenal fatigue.
I had ME for years and hte symptoms you describe sound very similar, the test for ME is that nothing else is wrong (not great!!) and excluding
Depression (although being depressed due to being ill is common and can cause a vicious circle!!)
I'm from England and over here have got a brilliant treatment for ME/CFS called The Lightning Process. It works for depression, stress and anxiety too. I have a friend who is an excellent teacher (it is taught to you, so you do it on yourself to remove your symptoms)and she will travel to some other countries. (please say Sarah suggested her) She does more than just the basics that she was trained to do by developing her own stuff to facilitate the process. LP starts working immediately and very very quickly you get your life back. Her website is

A warning: ME and
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome groups warn against LP because it has failed, but of the 10 ppl I have recommended it too, only 2 have failed to get an excellent result. One of these didn't follow it to the letter. It has been great to see my housebound friends getting out and about again, adn loving life!!
If you have any questions please contact me.
