Does my husband have Adrenal Fatigue? Lymes? OR WHAT?

I know that every person that replies is not a doctor and cant treat, etc., but I would like opinions and feedback from people who might know about this.

My hubby is 28 and was very healthy and active "before". This summer he was on the church softball league and loves to run around and be physical. Then in July he got walking pneumonia for awhile, FINALLY went to the doctors, and was put on Antibiotics for 10 days. When he went back for the follow up the doctor said his lungs were clear and he was better, even though my hubby stressed that he did not feel better and still had that pressure in his lungs.

Then in September, my hubby just crashed! He had been working four 10 hour days per week to save gas, so he had been working hard and not getting enough sleep. He works in new construction, so had been outside in the summer heat. He went to the doctors on a tuesday and was given an Advair inhaler to help with his heavy breathing and his throat that felt closed up. Then on friday he went back again for the same thing. Then Monday he got up to go to work, and after driving about 45 minutes, he detoured to the Emergency Room because he was exhausted from driving and was having trouble breathing/panic attacks. He has been home from work ever since. He couldnt get off of the sofa. His arms and legs were so weak and tired. He was short of breath, actually breathing heavy trying to catch it. He also had muscle spasms, where you would just see a spot on his body jump/twitch (about the size of Half of your foot). His hands would shake uncontrollably sometimes so I guess you could call that tremors. He couldnt sleep at night because he couldnt get comfortable. He also had joint and muscle pain, and then once in awhile he'd get STABBING pains here and then there, and then here and then there. He was constantly weak and exhausted. He even asked me if irritability was a real symptom because he would become irritable like never before.

HE STILL HAS ALL OF THESE SYMPTOMS FOUR MONTHS LATER!! The difference is that he took himself to the ER because he was so tired of holding his arms up on the steering wheel, but now its more his legs that are the trouble. They feel like dead weights to him, they feel tired and exhausted, they hurt, have the muscle spasms and stabbing pains, and he just wants to cut them off. He thought maybe he could have a circulation problem, but the doc said no because his legs are warm and not purple. He is pale in the face MOST of the time. He has gained weight from not doing anything, and his legs have shrunk from not using those leg muscles.

So we've seen 3 different primary care doctors, an infectious disease doc and a neurologist. He's had every typical blood test done and on paper he is perfectly healthy. But he doesnt have the energy to get off the sofa!! I mean, we will sit up and play cards or watch movies, and he will help with the children, or help do 1 load of dishes, but thats his energy for the day and he's done.
Im trying to think of the tests hes had done that were fine. He had basic ones, if you would know what they are, and I know ones for cancer, cholesterol, inflamation, testosterone, etc. Hes not anemic and he doesnt have high blood pressure, and he doesnt have diabeties.

Now we did have mold in our home and my hubby tore it out back in April. He cut the bottom of the walls away and ripped up and burned the carpet. We thought he could have toxic black mold syndrome, but then we had a special mold test done and two came up in his blood. They were common though and not toxic or black molds. They were rhodotorula and cladosporium herbarum.

He was treated for lymes before we got the blood results back. He was on Antibiotics for 6 weeks (Mepron & Zithromax for 3 weeks and Doxycycline for 3 weeks), and did not get better so the doc thought maybe he didnt have lymes (test did come back negative, but was Not done through Igenix in CA).

He has been taking supplements. Hes been on a Heel Detox for forever. He was told to take 10 Wobenzyme pills a day (someone else took 2 and felt better within 2 hours, he still has not felt better taking it). He takes coloidal silver, and a multi vitamin. He was told to take a "Basic Cell energy" supplement and a few other things that I cant think of at the moment. He also has a Vitamin B injection.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be. Is there really something called Adrenal Fatigue? I thought of adrenals because when he went for his last dr visit, she said something was wrong with his adrenal glands because his legs were slow to jump when she tapped his knees and his pupils were slow to dilate when she shined light in his eyes (or the opposite, cant remember which is was). So does adrenal fatigue have anything to do with the adrenal glands? I would think it does but have never heard of this before. Any help would be great. We have got to get him healthy again. The doctor hes seeing now, really doesnt know whats wrong with him. We dont really know what to do from here. She is starting him on Antibiotics again to see what happens.
