Thanks! I have no gallbladder, so I've come to realize that I do need to take liver supps. while at least cleansing. It's funny because I am detoxing, i mean I feel the die-off and I have been having diarrhea where it looks like stuff is being passed. Last night I added EVCO and oh my God, within 30 minutes, I was running to the bathroom and have never had so much diarrhea come out. I felt so clean afterwards. But got on the scale this morning and yup, no weight loss. I lost 10 lbs. the first week, but nothing since. And that is always how it goes with me - good sized weight loss the first week and then nothing or next to nothing the following weeks. I'm going to get some Milk Thistle or some other such liver support today to see if that helps.

About the ion foot baths, I had a session once with my chiro, but they are expensive and for the amount I need, I just can't afford it. I am spending so much now on supplements ever month, plus next month, I am going to be having some hypnosis seesions done, to see if there is some kind of mental block keeping me from getting well. For you newer ones here, I have been fighting my health problems for 13 years and have been coming here shortly after I got sick.

Ladywear, do you or have you taken EVCO at all? There is a forum for it here. I know you have strugged as greatly as I have, with little help. I would love to chat with you sometime. Maybe we can brainstorm different stuff. I've heard a lot of good stuff about Black Seed too. There is also a Black Seed forum on here. Will be back later.
