Re: Aches and pains, stiffness for over a year now

A friend with very similar complaints recently started taking 3-6 powdered 1000mg MSM capsules daily. He says the pain he had before in his shoulders, hands, and knees is much improved after only 3 days on MSM. He also commented he could feel a difference in the softness of his skin. Any decent health food store will have it. Worth a try.
