I've been to a handful of orthopaedicians, and have had physiotherpahy where they did teach me some exercises too. But thats about it.
I will look into food sensitivities more closely.I've had a pretty clean lifestyle/diet for years now and mainly live around fruits and veggies- and have been very healthy all along- until I "over overdid" things physically last year.
It really is a sports kind of injury. I had no idea it could take so long to recover.
Incidentally, I just completed a liver flush - it did not seem to help this time. I have done them years ago with dramatic results for food allergies. But this time, atleast so far it seems like an anticlimax in comparison.
Sure could do with more wisdom.
