Re: Aches and pains, stiffness for over a year now

Thanks to both of you for taking the time to write. I've been to a handful of orthopaedicians, and have had physiotherpahy where they did teach me some exercises too. But thats about it. I will look into food sensitivities more closely.I've had a pretty clean lifestyle/diet for years now and mainly live around fruits and veggies- and have been very healthy all along- until I "over overdid" things physically last year. It really is a sports kind of injury. I had no idea it could take so long to recover. Incidentally, I just completed a liver flush - it did not seem to help this time. I have done them years ago with dramatic results for food allergies. But this time, atleast so far it seems like an anticlimax in comparison. Sure could do with more wisdom. Tweet
