Re: Destroy any Herpes Virus with Oxygen and High level PH.
Herpes in alkaline environments

The herpes virus, and all viruses, cannot exist in an elevated oxygen/alkaline environment. If you increase cellular oxygen/alkaline levels equivalent to a pH of 7.5 the herpes virus will die. And if you maintain a cellular pH of 7.5 you will never experience another outbreak again.

"An acidic body provides a biological terrain conducive for disease to proliferate… Maintaining proper alkaline levels is essential for overall good health as well as preventing all herpes outbreaks." ~ From the book Never an Outbreak.
In simple words… pathogens love an acid environment. That’s where they breed and multiply. The herpes virus cannot survive or proliferate in an alkaline environment.

For some people, changing the diet to make it more alkaline can help prevent herpes outbreaks and help get over them more quickly,” says Elson Haas, M.D., director of the Preventive Medical Center of Marin in San Rafael, California, and author of Staying Healthy with Nutrition.

When the body’s internal balance between alkalinity and acidity is upset, this can also trigger an outbreak. So here’s a good rule to follow: For every serving of acidic food you eat, balance it with 2 to 3 servings of an alkaline food. Alkaline foods are fruits, vegetables, and beans.

When alkaline, your cells are more saturated with oxygen and extremely resistant to the herpes cold sore virus. When your pH drops below 7, it enters the acid zone. The more acid your body, the lower your oxygen and the less resistant to cold sore attack.

Low vitamin and mineral intake is one of the main causes of cold sores. Scientists have recently found that most vegetables (tomatoes, spinach, etc.) contain less than half the nutrients they did 50 years ago. It's a fact.
Your immune system, and the anti-bodies it creates, ultimately depends on vitamin and mineral building blocks. The less of these nutrients, the less your immune system will be able to fight off a cold sore attack. Everybody should be taking a good quality multi-vitamin today. For cold sore prevention, look for high levels of vitamins B, C and E.
Also, make sure you get large doses of calcium. This is the main mineral needed for alkaline support. If you don't provide it, your body will rob it from your bones. It is that important.
Of all the causes of cold sores mentioned above, your pH balance is probably the most crucial. Keep this in the alkaline range and you will not likely get a cold sore. Feeding a strong immune system and decreasing arginine will also greatly help.
