Malnutrition may be the problem.. this is what i have been reading about. not getting what i need to let the liver do what it needs to do.. this may be the cause for abnormal levels in HDL , LDL > VDL and Triglycerides.. For me the HDL was low.. the LDL was high and the VLDL little low and the thriglycerides average.. but total cholestrol borderline high.. and im a slim person with a diet of no fat and mainly protein for beans and fish. not enough variety of foods to get the nutrients i need for the liver to do its job. so there for everything is out of whack..
