Re: High Cholesterol -- what to do?

Remember low cholesterol will kill a lot more people then high cholesterol....My uncle being on a statin perfect low numbers, etc Died from a Heart attach and kidney failure..Another person I know on statin drugs for a 10years arteries clogged up etc. Statins block the productions of LDL cholesterol and Coq10 production in the liver.. I know another person who was put on a station within a few days had severe cramps, etc all caused by a little pill

Your cholesterol numbers are fine and it sounds like you are eating a helathly lifestyle...Its when you start to eat junk food ladien with chemicals that it will be a problem... Keep up the good work and keep exercising.

Have a good weekend.
