Can an Astrologer do a Zarmic Synastry between child and parent?

If so, how long does it take to learn how?

I'm interested between my biological father, mother and step father and I.

My mom and step dad I know their dates and place (not so sure on time for either :( )) and my dad, well I know his Date and I can guess his birth place but not certain, his father was in the Navy.
