Same issue. Source and type matters. A can of tuna is too generalized. For e.g., the level of mercury in blue fin tina (which btw is illegal in Canada) is way higher than a can of white albacore tuna which is in turn is higher than a can of chunk light tuna. As for the source, wild Alaskan is usually better than the farm-raised Atlantic stuff.
