I didn't dilute it. I just spray and rub. How much do you suppose to dilute it? I wonder what makes it stings.

It also feels very filmy. Makes my finger tips rough. I thought it's because it's very alkaline, but to my surprise it's actually more on the acidic side, a pH of 5.
