everyone, thank you sooo much for taking the time to help me... i don't know how i caused this but it really was so sudden and shocking, the way my teeth (two in particular) dulled ...cosmetically, i'm saddened but most of all i pray that the teeth aren't left too vulnerable and this doesn't cause problems ...i'm going to look up weston price because (i'm new to all this wisdom) i read that his protocol can help restore the enamel.
i'm learning in bits and pieces and have switched to (after oil pulling 20-25min a day w/ 1Tb extra virgin coconut oil) swishing with Sea Salt water (morton's, it's all i can get here) and brushing with the dissolved Sea Salt water, and... maybe it's due to this horrid "cold" i've had (herxheimer reaction? so clogged up can't breathe for 4 days, severe ear infections & swollen glands, canker sores, burning gums, nonstop tearing eyes etc.) but, the /backs/ of my teeth, which had gotten so smooth in the first few days of pulling (+whatever experimental ingredient i was brushing with), feel all rough and a lot of tartar is building up between my teeth (!!!) and my breath is sour. i must be doing this all wrong, huh? *sighs at self* ...i don't want to pester everyone but may resort to posting about this other issue...
