Does Baking Soda + Electric Toothbrush = Bye Bye Tooth Enamel?!

I think I've done something very foolish! I am new to Oil Pulling and got carried away with my newly shiny teeth, wanting to make them shinier and shinier, so... whereas the first day I pulled I used my regular natural toothpaste, first I added a tiny sprinkle of baking soda, then... trying all different sorts of things (peroxide, etc.) I brushed with soda & peroxide and then STRAIGHT baking soda and over zealously concentrated on one pesky tooth that's had a white (calcified?) spot on it, and... the white spot's gone but now my teeth are LESS shiny and that one tooth is really, really dull. Do you think I've totally wiped out my enamel on that tooth forever (and messed up the other ones)??? Oh gosh I hope I haven't... Please help?!
