I haven't looked too far into this, but there a woman in the UK who has come up with singing exercises for snorers. http://www.singingforsnorers.com/
[EDIT: I was just thinking this through, and I think it'd help with muscle tone within the throat, but doubt it'd affect those of us whose jaws drop backward. Just my opinion. Logically thinking it through, it'd help the loose muscle and tissues in the palate and throat, so would help reduce the snoring if the issue is loose tissue/muscles, and might even strengthen the tongue. It just doesn't seem to me it'd fix the physical flaw of having a smaller jaw or a jaw that slides back too far.]
