Thanks for your response. I was not hospitalized and was just told to drink liquids for a few days. My lipase was only mildly elevated, however it remains to be mildly elevated. My pain comes and goes throughout the day, its upper left which feels like a squeeze, then it goes...also get burning in the upper middle. The last few days I have been gassy after eating.

I am scared this is pancreatic cancer. My ct and US was fine and I will have an EUS to further investigate.

If it were pancreatitis wouldnt my levels be really high then go down vs staying at mild? Tweet
