Should I do an enema?

This is the end of day four of the orange juice fast for me! Im doing 14 days as close to book 1 perfect as I can.....possibly will go 21 days since im consuming MORE OJ than what was advised in book one. I did epsom salts the first three days and had bowel movements daily. Today....I only had one VERY small toothpaste like BM! Is this enough? How much waste or poop should we be expecting to come out on the fast? I took eight LBB's yesterday and today and still not alot of bowel movement going on. I also am having some gas too....did not have that the first three days. Im only doing OJ and water! Some nights I will do the oil of oregano and olive leaf, iodine! Should I give in to the enema? I also have a headache tonight that I did not experience the first three days. Tweet
