This is the end of day four of the orange juice fast for me!

Im doing 14 days as close to book 1 perfect as I can.....possibly will go 21 days since im consuming MORE OJ

than what was advised in book one. I did epsom salts the first three days

and had bowel movements daily.

Today....I only had one VERY small toothpaste like BM!

Is this enough?
YES, "IF" YOU TOOK YOUR 8 LBB EACH DAY.

How much waste or poop should we be expecting to come out on the fast?
ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR TOTAL BODY WASTE THAT YOUR BODY CAN EVENTUALLY TURN ON AND SEEK TO ELIMINATE. WHEN YOUR BREATHE IS REALLY NASTY, THEN YOU KNOW YOUR FAST HAS TRUELY STARTED AND THE NASTY DEAD STUFF IS BEING EXPELLED OUT OF THE BLOOD INTO YOUR STOMACH/LIVER.

I took eight LBB's yesterday and today
GOOD, THEN NO WORRIES, YOU ARE FINE.

and still not alot of bowel movement going on. I also am having some gas too....did not have that the first three days. Im only doing OJ and water!
THOSE 3 DAYS THE EPSOMS SALTS FLUSHED IT ALL OUT, SO YOU DON'T EXPECT TO SEE MUCH NOW.

Some nights I will do the oil of oregano and olive leaf, iodine! Should I give in to the enema?
NO NEED....YOU ARE EMPTY, NOTHING IS THERE BECAUSE OF THE SALT FLUSH AND YOUR FASTING WILL NOT START UNTIL DAY 7 WITH NO FOOD, SO AFTER DAY 7, THEN YOU WILL NOTICE MORE WASTE COMING OUT.

"IF" YOU TAKE YOUR 8 LBB DAILY, I DO NOT CARE HOW LITTLE OR HOW MUCH COMES OUT, THE 8 LBB IS ALL IN THE INSURANCE YOU NEED.

UNLESS, YOU WERE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE INTO COLONICS AND ENEMAS, THOSE PEOPLE RUIEN THEIR COLON AND THEY MAY NEED DOUBLE THE LBB FOR A FEW YEARS TO REVERSE THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO THEM SELVES.

I also have a headache tonight that I did not experience the first three days.
JUST SHOWS THE pH IS LOWER AS THE WASTE STARTS WORKING OUT. IF YOU HAVE THE SPRAYS, ANY OF THEM WILL WORK BY SPRAYING THE NECK/SPINE/FACE/EARS TO RELIEVE THE HEAD ACHE.
