wheatgrassman.com has some good hard red winter wheat that is heat resistant do to where its from"texas".I got good yields and tall uniform growth from some a year ago,I mainly grow barley.I prefer the sour to sweet when it comes to grass.The power of grass and all food is the enzymatic activity.Brix measures Sugar nothing more,the rest is speculation.
