Hi, Charly. Thanks for responding to my query. I read the link you provided and the flush sounds good - but there's one thing I'd like to mention: some experts say that "magnesium malate" is no good, it's not an adequate substitute for malic acid. It HAS to be malic acid. You can get this at wine making supply shops and it's cheap, too.

Also, I wonder what is the difference between all that liquid magnesium and some product such as, for example, Peter Gillham's Natural Calm, which is a powder that you mix with hot water and it immediately foams and turns into Mg Citrate. Or plain MgCitrate capsules. Just grist for the mill! Thanks, Charly. Anything without Epsom Salts is for me.
