All I've tried with the crystal mineral salts is footbaths and full baths, although I am now working in a little sole (SO-LAY), which is crystal mineral salts in water...about a teaspoon of sole in a glass of filtered plain water per day.

The lady who distributes it likes the teaspoon of sole, in water, once per day.

Personally, I've been holding off on the enemas, for my own reasons.

But, I can tell you for sure that, in talking with Sunshine, you are getting his true and successful information.

He is winning over a long battle with illness.

He has tried a number of things I haven't...yet.

Some say they have had great liver flushing success with one or or more coffee enemas, following the recipe and protocol quite closely...which coffee, how much, etc.

Read, a lot, and you'll find what you want to try, I think.
