Wierd pains and crackling noises...

Just underneath and behind the lowermost part of my ribcage is a strange and usually constant pain. It goes from side to side entirely.

From what I understand this is where the topmost part of the large intestine is located, but it doesn't make sense that only this part of it is doing this as both the beginning and end of the large intestine are located way lower.

From what I recall I've had these pains ever since I started doing liver flushes about a year ago, although they were very minor. They've gotten a WHOLE lot more noticeable and worse since I finished my first humaworm about a week ago. It's still merely a discomfort however and nothing severe. BUT I'm also constipated and have been since I finished humaworm.

Although I would very much like to know what could cause such a thing, and if it is indeed in my large intestine or small intestine or perhaps even my duodenum (yet as far as I know the duodenum doesn't extend that far).

On top of all that for the longest time I've noticed a wierd crackling noise in this same area whenever I stretch or take a deep breath.

Anyone have any ideas? Could really use the input please, thanks in advance.
