Hi! I did my first Liver Flush with much success this past weekend~see pic! I felt really, really GREAT for the three days after that. I am aware that my symptoms would return as the stones move, etc., and am looking forward to my next one!
I went to the gym today and did some light weight lifting, not much. I do have Hypogycemia and was surprised that it hit me so hard after this workout.
I have a "Fatty Liver" and am trying to eat mostly raw vegan foods. Does anyone know if flushing and/or eating more raw foods helps clear a fatty liver?? Please, I want to prevent any damage to my liver. I am 46 and going through menopause (according to my OBGYN - blood tests).
