Yesterday was a fasting day since I started IF... but today i am not hungry at all and wondering what to eat.. hmm.

Larabars, have not seen them around here, need to hunt a little.

I seen a post on Water Fasting about someone fasting for malaria.. i looked up the website, and thought to myself, hmm... maybe a couple days of fasting for the cause myself.
