I am grateful to those who have told me which brand of Iodine to look for. I would have had no idea otherwise. If Lugol's is what the majority of people have had success with, thanks for sharing! I need all the help I can get! I was taking kelp which I thought was a perfectly fine source, but it turns out there was something better and I am glad to know about it.

In my opinion, parasites are the #1 problem affecting people. While Miracle-Mineral-Supplement clears them once you are already infected (and toxins as well), Iodine can help prevent reinfection once they are cleared by boosting the thyroid and immune system function.

It seems to me that Iodine was the missing link in my body due to poor thyroid function post-partum and I would have never known this had it not been for CZ posters. Thanks for the advice everyone.
