I drink the Epsom Salts , then immediately chase it with a glass of plain water. I then drink another glass of water an hour after. Then take the second dose of Epsom Salts on schedule as the protocol calls for, but immediately chase it with a glass of plain water (to get the nasty taste out of my mouth). My flushes always go great and produce results. I never get nausea. I do start running to the bathroom within an hour to an hour and a half after the first Epsom Salts , and I am usually cleaned out by the time to swallow the olive oil mixture. Sometimes I have to delay taking the olive oil by 30 minutes. But it still works fine.
