Thanks Telman,
I have had pain on and off since the flush, I feel it did not work as well as the others previously. So I will re-do the flush tonight, and let you know how I get on. Re: taking the Epsom Salts to relieve an attack. I agree this works, but was concerned about the amount of ES I had taken over the last few days - is there a safe limit?
