It is OK to do a follow up flush when removing stones if it is essential. Bear in mind that the attack may be due to stone or sludge making its way out because the last flush has started to move the congestion in you biliary system. It is preferable to wait, if you can stand the pain, to see if the attacks continue or it was a single attack associated to a stone exiting.
You can take a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in a glass of warm water, preferable on an empty stomach, as soon as you feel an attack.
