Re: Continuing Constipation after Humaworm, Please Help.

Thats just it though, I eat extremely healthy .. I eat several pieces of fruit a day, and pretty much nothing but raw veggies and very little meat other than that. Everything is organic.

Although at this point I can't imagine it's the senna/cascara, it's been over a week and I'm having unusual pains in what I believe is my small intestine as well as crazy die-off symptoms. My guess is the constipation is either due to the die-off itself or the parasites frantically striving to stay alive. Although I may be way off on that ..

My problem is, I've done so many bowel "cleansers" that my body just doesn't seem to be able to handle them anymore. After a few days I get severe diarrhea regardless of what I eat and as soon as I stop (like I said) I get constipated, be it only a day or 2 and then things go back to healthy 2-3 BMs a day. However, it doesn't matter what type of stimulant laxative I use.

On top of that I should have known by now these problems would occur as it's a fact that senna and cascara cause such problems and more when used in long term.

I may consider giving psyllium a try again though as this constipation is posing a real problem..
