Continuing Constipation after Humaworm, Please Help.

My bowels have STOPPED working altogether. It's been 5 days since my first humaworm cleanse completion and I've had one bowel movement ...

I used to have a healthy 2-3 bowel movements a day, now suddenly there's no sign of even having one.

Now I know there are problems with people who take bowel cleansers with cascara and senna in them for too long a period eventually leading to atrophe of the bowels (thus practically never having any bowel movements). And I have indeed taken many bowel cleansers in the past including those two ingredients, but never had such a problem afterwards .. maybe ONE DAY of constipation and then it's back to normal.

Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone know what I can do about this? Will things go back to normal on their own?

On a side note, does anyone know what is in the humacleanse formula? There's no ingredients on the website and I imagine it also contains senna and cascara?
