Need help identifying these parasites, please!

I'm in the middle of my first round of HW (am also doing Humacleanse at the same time). I read a recent post on here from PopeJohn3, I think it was, saying he was scared to do his first one, and what to expect... I was scared before I did mine too, but let me tell you, it is one of the easiest things I have done... but with great benefits so far!

I see loads of stuff in every BM (I am assuming these are all parasites, as I didn't see them before... nor have i eaten anything that resembles these things). I continue to be stunned at how much comes out of me, even 2 weeks later... It makes me think: how MUCH stuff did I have in me all whole time??... it's appalling!

So far, I think I've been feeling somewhat better, but there are fluctuations... but it's complicated by the fact that I have a few things going on with me, not JUST parasites (most prominent is mercury toxicity).

Anyway, that's my little update.

Now I wanted to ask the people on this group if they could help me identify the types of parasites I seem to be seeing (and if RG happens to be reading, would love to hear from you too!). Alas, I don't have any photos, but I will describe as briefly and clearly as possible...

1) small, white, rice-like things

These are the ones I see most often by far; I see tons of these in each BM. And they really do look a lot like rice. But the brown rice I eat daily doesn't look quite like them... but just to be sure it wasn't that, I didn't eat any rice for 4 days, and they STILL came out in droves.

Does anyone know if these are parasites, or eggs?

2) dark yellow, round "corn" like things, about the size of a ladybug

The texture looks like corn too (shiny and smooth). Also, they are puffy, like there is something inside. I squeezed a few with a chopstick, and a small, pale yellow soft "seed" came out. This sounds a lot like a corn kernel, but it isnt b/c 1) I don't eat corn, and 2) if you look at it closely, the shape is not exactly the same as corn (it's totally circular).

3) small, light-red "blobs", kinda oval-shaped, about 1/2 inch

My guess is that they're liver flukes?... but I don't know enough about parasites to be sure.

4) small, white "fluffy" or mucous-y bits on the sides of a BM

Only saw this twice or so. Is this maybe Candida yeast?

5) small bits of black "seaweed" stuff

OK, I'm not 100% sure this one is parasites, as I do eat wakame (seaweed) and kale sometimes. I stopped eating them for a few days to test it, and I still had it a bit -- but still not sure if this one is food or parasites.

6) this one is the weirdest... saw it today... a fairly large (3/4 inch), plummy-red, round/circular "blob"... one side was flat... a hard, gummy texture

Is this a type of fluke?

I don't expect anyone to know what each and every one are, but any thoughts on these would be much appreciated! I am really curious to know what these are!!
