Re: Day 7 ETL

Yeah it's much the same as my previous broth/soups, I need to check to see if I am doing the right thing though because I got this idea from one of his videos, the anti-cancer soup one. It is certainly nutritious, but I am not sure if it complies with this six week weight loss thing.

I use 50% fresh carrot juice / water for the mix, and I include beans and lots of green veggies, especially kale. Plus various fresh herbs and wild mushrooms, and whatever else takes my fancy. Then I simmer for 30 mins, take 1/4 of the mix out, add an ounce or two of cashews then blend it into a mush with the food processor, add that back, and simmer for a little longer until it is the right texture.

Now I don't eat salt at all, so my guess is you will come off that at some stage. I seem to recall Raine13 liked larabars, yeah popular they are.

I went a bit nuts at the start of this eating plan and overbought, plus I had some stuff hanging over from before.

I have just made carrot, apple and orange juice and frozen it, to get rid of the excess. I read up on it first, so think I did it all properly. I put all my potatoes in the microwave, cooled them down and froze them. Apparently that works - well I hope.
