Haha, well the way I see it, if I go from eating cornbread and chilidogs to a pile of greens with 1TBSP of not-perfect oil based dressing, well still doing pretty darn good, eh? Not making all my dressings homemade is one concession I'm giving myself. I found some good ones at the health food store, one based on red wine vinegar and flavored with Pomegranite. Quite Tasty.
