I got an enema kit today, the fountain style. I figure the fountain style is probably more user-friendly.

As for the recipes. I only found the salt and soda enema recipe in the FAQ. Do you have the recipes for:
1. Saline (or salt) Flush
2. Baking Soda
3. soapsuds

Can I use Epsom Salt instead of Sea Salt ?
I just started taking 240mg of Vit. C and 2 tsp of olive oil before bed. I have up my intake of salt lately. I found myself looking more puffy, esp. in the a.m.

Why should I wait for SWF? I thought that'd help with constipation. I'd really like to do a Liver Flush eventually, I think my liver is congested. But, in order to do that I have to make sure I have good BM first. So, I figure I'd do a salt flush first.
